Social Studies Highlights
This year, all 3rd grade students will be studying Michigan History! The students will learn about the Paleo-Indians who were the first people to live in Michigan. They will also learn about early explorers and settlers, along with the process of how Michigan became a state. We will also highlight the many battles and wars that affected Michigan history. The students will be completing a research project that will pertain to our Michigan studies!
